Since its inception in 1994, Hospitality Resources has provided a variety of Human Resources services to clients, including Assessments, Employee Surveys (both web-based and paper), Leadership Development, Customer Service Improvement, Team Building, Human Resource Consulting and Customized Compensation & Benefits Surveys.
A large number of our clients are in gaming and hospitality and we have developed a special expertise in those fields.

Hospitality Resources has conducted employee surveys in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe and Asia for groups as small as 35 people and as large as 27,000; operating in up to 14 languages simultaneously. By following our administrative guidelines one corporate client achieved 98% employee participation in a climate survey that included over 7,500 people. Clients generally have participation rates over 85%.
Most of our clients use employee surveys as an ongoing organizational development tool and demonstrate continued improvement from year to year.
About Our People
Dave Newton, SPHR – Principal
Dave Newton has over 20 years experience in human resources and training, including six as Vice President of Human Resources at The Venetian Las Vegas, which won two awards for Workplace Excellence under his leadership.
Prior to the Venetian, he was Corporate Director of Human Resources for Station Casinos. Mr. Newton brings an operational viewpoint to human resources, having worked in front office operations at The Waldorf-Astoria and as a hotel general manager. He is a past president of the Southern Nevada OD Network.
Mr. Newton has an M.B.A. in management from Pace University in New York and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Adrian I. Wolfe – Principal
Mr. Wolfe has extensive experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management, specializing in labor relations, mediation, and leadership training.
Mr. Wolfe specializes in employee survey technologies, systems, and processes. His background assists clients in utilizing the survey process to enhance labor relations and human resources strategies of key importance to the client organization.
Mr. Wolfe has a Master of Business Administration degree from Mount Saint Mary’s College and a Bachelor of Science degree/Teaching Credentials from the University of Maryland.
Renee E. Newton – Principal
Renee Newton has been with Hospitality Resources since 2004.
With 15 years of operational experience in the hotel industry, she held leadership positions in a number of New York City hotels, including the Essex House, Ritz-Carlton, and Parker-Meridien.
Ms. Newton has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
